Qui Pan Asian Brasserie stands as a beautiful, heartfelt tribute to our cherished Asian heritage, unwavering artistry, and boundless culinary innovation. It is set within a restored 1950s ancestral home, where Qui seamlessly weaves together the rich, authentic tapestry of Asian flavors, refined by modern techniques and elegant presentation.

Rooted deeply in the time-honored Kapampangan tradition of the Panlaqui family, our philosophy is simple: to honor the past while boldly reimagining the future. Every delicate detail, from the captivating art adorning our walls to the soulful, ambient live jazz, tells a story of culture, exquisite taste, and enduring elegance.

The Big House

At 14 Dos Castillas, our home was built in the summer of 1950 that once stood as the beating heart of the Santaromana family. Known lovingly as The Big House, it was a place where stories began, where laughter was heard through open windows, with a sunken living room turned into a dance floor, and where every meal was a party waiting to happen.

In 2023, the Panlaqui family rekindled the soul of this cherished space. Drawing inspiration from Art Deco geometry and Frank Lloyd Wright’s enduring harmony of form and feeling, Qui’s interiors reflect a dialogue between eras: where vintage character meets contemporary grace. Every custom motif carries the Panlaqui name in quiet reverence, a reflection of legacy made visible.

Today, The Big House is reborn as Qui Pan Asian Brasserie, a sanctuary where history, design, and flavor are intertwined.
